Strochka
Privacy Policy
In short. Strochka runs on your computer. Songs, services, media and settings stay with you and are not sent anywhere. The app goes online only for the PRO license, song sync (if you turn it on), update checks, downloads you start yourself, and anonymous statistics: once a day the app reports only that it ran, its version and language. You can turn statistics off in settings. No ads, no tracking.
1. General
1.1. This Policy explains how Vladislav Olegovich Smirnyagin, INN 667400141564 (the "Operator"), processes personal data of users of the "Strochka" software (the "Software") and its website strochka-app.ru (the "Website"). It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006.
1.2. This Policy is part of the License Agreement. By using the Software the User confirms they have read it.
2. What stays on your computer only
2.1. The following is stored in the Software's folder on the User's computer and is not sent to the Operator: the song library (unless sync is on), services, media files, slides, settings, templates, and recordings used to detect song order from audio (recognition runs locally).
2.2. The phone remote and stage monitor work inside the User's local network: phones and tablets connect directly to the computer, and no data passes through the Operator's servers.

3.2. The Operator does not collect special categories of personal data, does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and does not sell or share data for advertising.
3.3. The Operator does not review or use the content of the User's songs, except when the User sends it to solve a problem.
4. Who receives data
4.1. The Operator uses processors acting on its behalf:
- Supabase Inc. — license server and song sync storage;
- GitHub Inc. — hosting of Software updates (GitHub sees the IP address during update checks);
- Telegram — sales and support channel (messages are subject to Telegram's rules).
4.2. These processors' servers may be located outside the Russian Federation. The User consents to cross-border transfer of the data in Section 3 to the extent needed for PRO Features and updates.
4.3. Payment details are reported to the Russian Federal Tax Service through the "Moy Nalog" service as required by law.
4.4. When the User starts a download themselves (speech recognition models from GitHub and Hugging Face, the Vosk model, importing a song from a website, downloading a video by link), the Software contacts those third-party resources directly. They receive the User's IP address and handle it under their own rules.
4.5. Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.
5. Retention
- Key and linked computer records — for the Key's Term and 3 years after it ends (to handle claims).
- Cloud copy of songs — while PRO is active and for at least 90 days after the Term ends; may be deleted afterwards. Deleted earlier on the User's request.
- Payment records — for the periods required by tax law.
- Server logs — no more than 90 days.
- Anonymous launch statistics — no more than 400 days.
6. Security
6.1. The Operator stores only a hash of the Key, not the Key itself, and a hash instead of the computer's system ID. Server connections use TLS, and database access policies ensure each User sees only their own songs.
7. User rights
7.1. The User may request information about the processing of their data, its correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.
7.2. A computer can be unlinked in the Software: Settings → PRO. To delete the cloud song copy, Key records or other data, contact the Operator (Section 9). Reply within 10 business days.
7.3. Deleting data needed for the license check stops PRO Features from working.
7.4. Anonymous statistics can be turned off at any time: Settings → General → "Anonymous statistics". After that the Software does not send it.
8. Website
8.1. The Website uses no cookies, visitor counters or advertising and collects no data through forms. Fonts are served from the Website itself.
8.2. The Website's hosting provider receives the visitor's IP address and browser details in its server logs, which is necessary for the Website to work.
8.3. To show the latest version number and installer links, the page contacts GitHub (api.github.com); installers are downloaded from GitHub. GitHub receives the visitor's IP address and processes it under its own rules.
9. Contacts and changes

9.2. The Operator may change this Policy. A new version is published on the Website and in the Software and takes effect on publication.
